About Me

My interest in cake decorating and sugarcraft began only a few years ago. That interest rapidly turned into a passion after attending a number of local sugarcraft evening classes, and developed into a natural flair and love for my work and quality standards.



As a qualified chef with City & Guilds certification I wanted to take my new found enthusiasm and talent for Sugarcraft to a much higher level. I attended Sugarcraft diploma courses and was successful in obtaining my Professional Diploma Masters Certificate in November 2012 and proud to say with gold awards for my Royal Icing and Sugarpaste modules.



I entered the International Cake competition in London in April 2012, my first attempt at such a prestigious show, and I’m delighted to say that my efforts won a Bronze Award in my chosen class.
